Florida investigates Cuban attack on US boat that left four dead

This announcement came hours after it was reported that the Cuban Border Guard Troop killed four crew members and injured six others on a speedboat from the United States because, according to the Ministry of the Interior (Minint), he did not obey when they asked him to stop in territorial waters and shot at the police boat.

The incident, according to the official statement from the Minint, occurred on Wednesday morning, when the Cuban authorities detected “an offending speedboat within Cuban territorial waters with the license plate of Florida, United States, with folio FL7726SH.”
