Cases against AIMA drop 78% after change in the law. But there are still thousands

There are still more than 100 thousand cases, which forced the court to open an extraordinary competition for judges. This Thursday, Parliament will discuss IL’s proposal to decentralize the processes, currently all in Lisbon. However, the solution to the problem is for AIMA to work.
