A goal from Daniel Bragança guaranteed Sporting’s 1-0 victory over Famalicão, in the 22nd round of the 1st Football League, keeping the ‘lions’ four points behind leader FC Porto.
Daniel Bragança’s goal came in the 82nd minute and allowed Sporting to return to winning ways after the draw (1-1) in the last round at FC Porto, while the Famalicenses return to defeat, after, in the last round, having won against AVS (3-1).
With this victory, Sporting remains isolated in second place, now with 55 points, four less than leader FC Porto and three more than Benfica, third, with Famalicão retaining sixth place for now, with 32 points.
