Requirement of Portuguese Nationality in ULS Lisbon West Competitions: Lawyers Denounce Illegality

The competition to create a recruitment reserve for nurses at the Local Health Unit of Western Lisbon, in February this year, presents an illegality in the admission requirements when requesting the nationality requirement, two lawyers specializing in the field of Labor, Maria Antónia Beleza and Paulo Geraldes, tell DN.
