IGAS investigates hiring at ULS Lisboa Oeste: Legality in question

Anonymous complaint against the director of the Human Resources Management Service of the Local Health Unit of Western Lisbon, which includes São Francisco Xavier, Egas Moniz and Santa Cruz hospitals, takes the General Inspection of Health Activities into the field. André Coelho Dias is accused of “failure to pay hourly allowances to doctors and nurses” and of hiring professionals without a competition. Hospital says it “strictly” complies with the law.
