Rain postpones Mealhada Carnival parade

The carnival parade in Mealhada that was scheduled for this Sunday afternoon, February 15, was canceled due to rain. The initiative would have the presence of television presenter and actor João Baião as king, and with four samba schools: GRES Amigos da Tijuca, GRES Batuque, GRES Real Imperatriz and Sócios da Mangueira and walking groups.

For now, the Monday night and Tuesday afternoon parades remain scheduled, starting at 2:30 pm.
