Next May 9, Sony Auditorium Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía will present four European groups from a major international project and offer a new chamber music recital.
Graduates of young international groups are currently studying at the Instituto Internacional de Musica de Camera de Madrid Günter Pichlerfounder of the famous Cuarteto Alban Berg in 1970, and will offer the public a double concert to enjoy every month.
It is celebrated the eighth session of the cycle Da Camera 24/25the performers of the Institute will be a trio with Israeli roots and German origins Delirium and cutout Ineo (whose performers are from Germany, China, Norway and Russia) and two Italian actors invited by Günter Pichler, NEQ (New Era Quartet) y The Genoese Quartet. El Cuarteto New Era It is a group of young musicians from different backgrounds who have come together for the common goal of making music and sharing emotions. Founded in 2021 at the “Giuseppe Tartini” Conservatory in Trieste (Italy), the company has competed in various national and international competitions since its inception and won numerous awards. Most prestigious: Third Prize and Special Prize in the International Chamber Music Competition “Giulio Rospigliosi” in 2023, which earned them an invitation to the French festival “Musique et Patrimoine en Vienne et Gartempe”. This year I also won the “National Arts Award”, representing at the Tartini Conservatory in Trieste. In 2024 the first prize was awarded in the 36th edition of the “Lilian Caraian” Music Prize and in April 2024 the Cuarteto New Era was honored to receive the “Giovani Eccellenze” Prize for Chamber Music in Trieste, awarded by Archbishop Margarethe of Fo Habsburg-Lorena and President of the “Fo Habsburg-Lorena” Association Peace, F. They are currently continuing their studies at the Academia Stauffer under the direction of the Cremona Quartet and at Academia Perosi with Maestro Oliver Wille.
El The Genoese Quartethe also trained in 2021 at the Niccolò Paganini Conservatory in the class of maestro Carlo Costalbano, currently studying with the Cuarteto de Cremona at the Stauffer Academy and being trained by the first violins and soloists of the Paganini Orchestra. In 2022, in collaboration with GOG (the main concert company of Genoa), they inaugurated the new Teatro Akropolis in Genoa and also took place as part of the inauguration of the 2022-2023 academic year of the University of Genoa, one of the most important cultural events of the city. They actively collaborate with numerous associations and festivals such as Amici del Teatro Carlo Felice and Conservatorio Niccolò Paganini, Festival Musicale del Mediterraneo, Paganini Genova Festival, Liguria delle Arti, GAM, Libi’n Selàa, Perosi Festival, Associazione Pentagramma, RencontresGrané de Musicales.
“Enter, start and flourish“are the three meanings of the Latin word “Ineo”, which the song chose as its title. This group was formed at the beginning of 2023 and performed in Austria in places such as the Beethoven Museum, the MuseumsQuartier and the Austrian Parliament, during the concert cycle “Echo des Unerhörten” in the Ehrbarsaal, as in the “Estirian Chamber Music Festival”.
The Ineo group is a member of the chamber associations “Le Dimore del Quartetto” and “ProQuartet” and since its foundation has been guided by Johannes Meissl (Artis Quartet) and inspired by musicians such as Alfred Brendel, Quatuor Diotima, François Kieffer (Quatuor Modigliani) and Günt Quart Modigliani (Albanet).
