At the end of this sixth anniversary, the National Electoral Committee (CNE) allowed the change of four electoral mesas in the Central Country (three from Condeixa-a-Nova and one from Lamega), a region more affected by the depressed people that we will surely learn about in the last days in Portugal.
The decision must be made so that the vote can take place before the presidential election held on Sunday 1 February.
The information was provided in the News Diary by Teresa Leal Coelho, member of the CNE.
“This measure was taken at the end already late, but we know that we are in a dynamic situation and as a result we will be able to return to other measures,” we confirmed to the same source, guaranteeing that the National Electoral Commission will continue to monitor the development of the situation.
