The alleged leak of a sex tape involving a glamorous official and a married adviser to the president of Montenegro led them to resign in disgrace.
The huge political scandal involves Mirjana Pajković, Director General for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights, and former National Security Agency Director Dejan Vukšić.
The pair resigned within weeks after the explicit material was shared on social media, sparking an outcry in the government.
The leak allegedly shows Pajković having sexual activity with the married Vukšić.
In her statement, she called on “every woman” to reject the idea that she must remain silent, according to The Montenegrin newspaper Pobjeda.
She accused Vukšić of blackmailing her with a video, which she said she did not know about until the leak.

She said: “When I myself was exposed to extreme violence that I published on social media, where the first person next to the president of the country, the first former person of the National Security Agency, told me very persistently and extensively throughout the interview that there would be no place and no life for me in Montenegro.”
Pajković stated that her departure was for personal reasons.
She swung at Vukšić several times and accused him of threatening her with tape to keep quiet.
According to the paper, Pajković said: “If my boss saw something that compromised me, where he clearly and directly threatened me that he had compromising material for me, why was I silent at that moment?
“He told me personally after I refused to do as he asked me to do.
Pajković said she feared Vukšić would harm her because of his leadership role in the security sector.
“For example, when someone is blackmailing you. Someone more powerful will ask you for a favor, some behavior that you don’t want at that moment, and if you refuse it, you will be handed over to someone who is the embodiment of supreme state power,” she said.
“No one is going to physically beat you, this is the 21st century, but it’s clear they want to ruin your life for whatever reason.
Both parties rejected the complaint against them and filed criminal charges.
Pajković filed a complaint for unauthorized dissemination of explicit content, including her photo.
According to the Serbian Timesthey even claim that a threat was made from a landline in the president’s office.
In one recording, a voice can reportedly be heard warning that “the whole of Montenegro will see” containing her material.
After publishing the explicit content, Vukšić resigned at the end of December – also for personal reasons.
In a statement, he said: I reject all inaccurate, incomplete and tendentious accusations that impute responsibility for violations to me without evidence [Pajković] privacy and distribution of questionable recordings.
“The first time I saw the content was when it started being illegally circulated on social media.”
Vukšić accused Pajković of stealing a phone that allegedly recorded him threatening her.
He claimed he then began receiving “disturbing messages” from an unknown number demanding he withdraw his candidacy to be a judge on the country’s Constitutional Court – or risk the audio recordings being made public.
Referring to her initials, Pajković said: “I believe that in this way, directly or indirectly, by herself or through the people she allowed to use the content from her phone, she tried to influence the process of electing a judge of the Constitutional Court without authorization.
Vukšić also accused Pajković of contacting him and trying to blackmail him into supporting her nomination for a major promotion.
Pajković was later questioned by the authorities after Vukšić filed a police report of alleged attempted extortion, theft and phone misuse.
Although it is unclear who released the sex tape, revenge porn is a serious crime in Montenegro.
The accused face up to five years behind bars.
