Nearly two CBP agents fired their weapons at Alex Pretti in Minneapolis on Saturday, according to a report by the Department of Homeland Security during the third congressional hearing, Jan. 27.
Neither document, seen and cited by CNN and CBS, explains that CBP agents confronted Pretti, 37, while yelling “get rid of the guns!”.
“Subsequently, an agent from Patrulha Fronteiriça parting with his Glock 19 and an agent from Alfandegas e Proteção Fronteiriça also parting with his Glock 47 contra Pretti,” according to the text cited by CNN.
The infirmary was called to search dozens of disparate projects that day, Saturday night, as he tried to defend a mulher emptied by an immigration agent.
