The Buffalo Bills are looking for volunteers to shovel snow at Highmark Stadium before the final game of the regular season

The Buffalo Bills are recruiting volunteers to help clear snow at Highmark Stadium on Saturday, January 3, 2026.

Interested parties must register in advance using the provided Link to Google Docs.

Volunteers, who must be 18 or older, earn $20 an hour and receive food and hot drinks. ABM management will contact registered buckets within 24 hours of completing the registration form to provide additional information and create work schedules based on availability. Volunteers who are not pre-registered will not be guaranteed a job.

The organization asks shovelers to dress appropriately for the winter weather in gloves, scarves, hats, coats and boots. To support volunteers preparing the stadium for the final game of the regular season, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield will provide Highmark Stadium brand winter gloves to the first 500 shovelers.

Bud Light and the Bills will distribute winter hats to select volunteers who are 21 and older.

Volunteers can bring their own shovels, although Bills, ABM and Bud Light will provide equipment. Questions can be directed to buffaloabm@gmail.com.
