Jockey Christian Reith will rely on a select quartet of runners to ensure success at Tuesday’s meeting at Muswellbrook.
Reith has just over half of seven races under his belt, starting with the Rodney Ollerton-trained Russian Words in the Horsepower Maiden Plate (1000m).

A three-year-old filly by Russian Revolution, Russian Words made her debut eighth at Scone behind Herman Said in June before returning from a spell with a fifth of seven behind Kiss Goodnight at Gosford on 31 December.
Reith and Ollerton reunite when Bent As Hell contests the Gold Sponsors Club Now Open Class 1 Handicap (900m).
Bent As Hell is a five-year-old filly by Hellbent and has one win and four places from her 10 starts. She broke her maiden at Newcastle on 25 January and was then entered fourth at Wyong when less than three lengths off the winner.
The Scott Singleton-trained Magurtz looms as Reith’s main chance in the Hunter Thoroughbred Breeders’ Maiden Handicap (1280m).
Reith partnered the gelding, after Tassort, in both of his trials before being aboard in two starts. Magurtz made his debut with a close fourth at Scone and then followed that up with a fifth at Beaumont in Newcastle in his only other start.
Pre-post TAB firm-odds favorite Crimson Wings is Reith’s next mount at Muswellbrook, with filly Trapeze Artist preparing for her fourth start in the Magic Millions Class 3 Benchmark 66 Handicap (1280m).
