On the fifteenth day, the people of the parishes of Colmeias and Memória despair. It wasn’t enough that the storm took away the house, the roof, the clothes and even the animals, as are those who still live in darkness. Almost 400 hours have passed without electricity. Until when, they don’t know. The council president would like it to be by the end of February. Does not guarantee. At the end of the municipality of Leiria, they are in the worst situation.
