Changes. In Latin America, more than two years ago, much was written and discussed about the changes in their political regimes. For good and bad reasons, Latin American citizens are familiar with the imperfect and changing nature of the ground rules of our political processes. Until now, however, societies north of the Rio Bravo, primarily in the United States, have had an extraordinary confidence in the longevity of the constitutional structures created by their “fathers of finance.” It was clear that this United States of America was so exceptionally well thought out that it could sustain itself with only a few changes.
There is no doubt that the solidity of the North American political regime is remarkable, but it is also clear that today in the country of Donald Trump there are certain political principles that are key to its political structure, such as the separation of the three classic powers – executive, legislative and judicial – that do not seem to work as well as before, especially those that determine the limits of presidential power.
And that cannot be understood or understood as normal politics as usual – the open physical upheavals that occurred in the middle years in the states of the American Union between the citizens in the air and the federal militias patrolling the streets and those that the primeros define as occupying forces, especially in the cases of the Vanguard and the Security Control Service Inmigración y Aduanas or ICE, que van masiva y literalmento presteusausdoas-la-unde immigrants-lo mismo en las street que en sus viviendas. In America of Iberian descent, we have a rich history of regime change. Only in the period between the start of the war to date are decades. That is what can change. There is no single definition of a regime or a political system, but an adequate solution for this column might be: the combination of formal and informal institutions, regulations, and values that effectively govern power and performance in a state. In this view, the regime is the heart of the life form of the upper class community.

Let the warning of Sanders and those now protesting in North American cities be heeded and corrected by the voters of this country, and the dreaded regime change in the north of our front will be thwarted.
