Traffic Advisory: All northbound lanes of I-81 closed south of Syracuse

Syracuse, NY – All lanes of I-81 North south of Syracuse have been closed following a crash.

All traffic is being diverted onto I-481, according to Onondaga County 911 Center dispatchers.

According to dispatch calls, two trucks crashed near exit 16A around 2:15 p.m.

Traffic was backing up toward Nedrow, according to state Department of Transportation cameras.
