A few days ago, news came to light about the semi-freedom of one of the last ETA jefes, Garikoitz Azpiazuaka “Txeroki”. If I say that you are subject to article 100.2 of the prison regulation, according to which you can go up voluntarily during the week, thanks to the infrastructure that gives you the right to freedom.
Those who do not take measures to restore, do not have a public confession of arrest, are placed in the discipline of Sort, the main (or only case) part of the EH Bild, and receive help and assistance.
Of the few documents of gang members still in prison, those who have known harm face the hands of one hand. And even fewer (if any) who helped the police clarify anything in most of the three murders without a resolver.
The “Txeroki” case, in most media, obscures in its apparent uniqueness the daily reality of the progressive slaughter of ETA prisoners, as well as its step to the third degree or the use of similar media that allow them to take place day and night in prison.
These acquittals must reckon with the good visa of the Prison Oversight Court, which this pegasus does not have at the moment. And very often when, and only in most media, the tax is repeated as a measure of Vasco’s government, because so little has passed with the assin José Luis López de Lacalle.
However, in case of repetition, the rest will be tolerated and these salids will become desapercibid before public opinion.

On the same days that “Txeroki” went up, they raised their other eyes taken from ETA. Names unknown to most, but equally contributed to the planting of terror in the land of Vasco, leaving an indelible mark that transformed society into a painful and traumatized body, soon left behind by postal images of the Guggenheim, Playa de la Concha or the typical coastal towns of Bermeo, Lequeitio or Zarauz.

If it does not fall under the third degree, Article 100.2 or 117 of the Penal Code applies, which allows the prisoner to go to work, training or volunteering courses in an NGO. Conditions that can solve any problems thanks to the logistics of the shipping company.
But more than the moral considerations that provoke us in this panorama, there are also political derivatives.

The PNV achieved prison competence in October 2021. However, between the last autonomous elections in April 2025 and the formation of a mixed PNV-PSE government, the prison competence within the Justice and Human Rights Council was challenged by the PSE (Socialist Party of Euskadi)with advice María Jesús San Miguel in front.
This socialist council accelerates the slaughter of immigrants in a way that the previous PNV leadership did not. and with the most media taken.
Because the PSE, which suffered in its body an attack by a terrorist gang that killed two socialists (just three less than the PP), must now stay to partly free the ETA prisoners to fulfill the idea between Sanchez and Bildu.

This is an operation that has been classified as an authentic “political candidate” on other occasions, because the regional member of the party that exercises power in the central government (in this case the PSE) is left unnoticed, undermined and somewhat undermined by the nationalist parties, who must be equally equal both in their territory and on the mainland with the active cooperation of the central government.
So that explains why today Politics is only a matter of two: PNV and HB Bild.
The two parties hold 72% of the seats in the Vasco parliament and hold mayors in more than the citizens of Vasco’s 251 municipalities, including Bilbao and San Sebastian. When we leave the three groups of old people who joined the mayor, you tell me that they are asking PSE and PP.

Because PNV and EH Bildu are treated the same as the party that is in the Spanish government and they answer to the same thing, which is the most bloodthirsty.
However, the local population is increasingly aware of those who have the capabilities and recognition of central government and who pay for both. So now and then you have less doubts about who to vote for. This has happened since the days of UCD.
If so, we could create a political history based on this practice.
The problem in this case is realized with moral, humiliating and agonizing deterioration PSE should remember that they are giving semi-freedoms to those who were their own assassins.
And yet we want to welcome the Socialist President Vasco, Eneko Anduezawith the theme of semi-freedom “Txeroki”, it is vain that this is how a terrorist goes to prove that the current Euskadi is “very different from what we wanted to impose”, that it is a “victory of the Right State” and a “great moral error” for those who support them.
Poor Eneko Andueza. No, it is enough for her to harm him and his group for the benefit of his jefe. Still, I think the terrorists will appreciate it.
