It is precisely from the Panama Papersthat the most difficult skein reveals itself, who will be the front man? Brigadier Emmanuel Ndahiro, a confidant of Kagame and head of Rwandan Intelligence, until 2011. The name appears associated with Debden Investments, Lda, a “Phantom Virgin”, from the Islands! This will be an incubator company, for possible reductions in money, until the accountant loses patience and says, “impossible, it’s already turned around again”!
Global Witness is one of the many international organizations claiming to have concrete evidence of the flows of “off-the-shelf coltan”, being withheld to the European Union, through Rwanda, confirming that the worse the better, for “good business”!
Another social wound, which takes on even greater magnitude, proving to be a denunciation of the movement #Maskoffis that this enrichment is also the result of the exploitation of child labor. And this chapter offers a less obvious hybrid reality, since the reality is “children and their circumstances”!
There is a considerable part who accompany their parents to work, and there is another considerable part, who are war orphans. But the situation becomes even more complex, when we try to pull another thread and realize the actions of the M23 in North Kivu, financed by Rwanda, plus the European finger in the equation, which benefits from this “silence of the innocents”.
Doing nothing, “and staying at the door of the garden”, while they “went to hell” for us, seems to be the model of the un-Catholic Paul Kagame!
All of this is possible, because there is a bargain, between Rwandan facilities for European companies and an efficient application of community money. As for PR Kagame, he makes a “rotten face” and accuses the European Union and South Africa of being the main “congo mineral traffickers”! Finish them #Maskoff!
