Are you proud of your country?

A recent study conducted by the company Pew Research Center In 25 countries, it reveals which aspects generate the greatest national satisfaction of its citizens based on a target of more than 30,000 adults.

Participants highlighted elements such as the political system and economy, but also culture or history. The results show stark contrasts. While, for example, pride in democracy prevails in Sweden and Germany, artistic heritage and gastronomy are more valued in Italy and Mexico.

To continue, we will analyze the most relevant results with special attention to the perception in Spain:

1. The value of the people: for Spaniards, the main reason for pride is their own people (32%), emphasizing the solidarity, hard work and kindness they bring to people. Globally, this view is shared, with Japan being the country its citizens most expect (41%) to:
