Resident in Portugal, Brazilian singer and songwriter Anna Setton meets the public again in Lisbon on May 15th, in presentation at the Capela Live Arts&Bar space, at MACAM – Museu de Arte Contemporânea Armando Martins. The artist from São Paulo brings to the Portuguese capital a repertoire that mixes her own compositions, new songs and reinterpretations of central names in Brazilian popular music.
With a career built between the jazz nights of São Paulo and the tradition of bossa nova and MPB, Anna gained international recognition by accompanying Toquinho on tours around the world. Throughout his career, he also collaborated with artists such as Omara Portuondo, Sadao Watanabe and Mestrinho. In 2018, he released his first album under his own name, consolidating the transition from accompanist to protagonist of an authorial work.

During the pandemic, he maintained a constant presence on social media, with weekly performances in which he revisited Brazilian song classics with just his voice and guitar. At the show in Lisbon, In addition to themes from the repertoire already known to the public, the singer anticipates songs that will be in her next work. On stage, she will be accompanied by Edu Sangirardi, on keyboard, and Thiago Alves, on double bass.
The presentation on May 15th is part of the Lisbon space’s 2026 cultural program and is promoted by Lunatejo – Gestão de Hotéis e Museus, SA., bringing together an artist who travels across different international stages and maintains a strong connection with the Brazilian musical tradition.
Os Tickets for the performance cost between €20 and €23 and the doors to the house are scheduled to open at 7:30 p.m.. The show is expected to last 75 minutes and is rated for ages 12 and over.
