The European Commission will move forward with the provisional application of the agreement between the European Union and Mercosur, the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced this Friday, February 27, in Brussels.
The agreement was sent to the European Court of Justice to check its compatibility with community legislation and a decision is still awaited.
