The State recorded a surplus of R$1,824.3 million in January, an improvement of R$188.4 million, according to the budget execution summary.
“Public Administrations (PA) presented, in January 2026, a surplus of 1,824.3 million euros, which represents an increase of 188.4 million euros compared to the same period last year (an increase of 11.5%)”, reads the document released this Friday, February 27, by the Budgetary Entity.
This result was justified by a growth in revenue (6.1%) greater than that in expenses (5%).
