At issue is a crime that occurred on June 6, 2024, when the killer, then 43 years old, traveled in his car to his ex-partner’s place of work, in Matosinhos, and waited for her to leave. The woman was walking when he “accelerated strongly”, went up the sidewalk and crashed the car into her, throwing her onto the road.
“Then, seven times (in advances and retreats) the accused passed the vehicle’s wheels over the victim’s body, with particular focus on the head region, causing his death,” according to the complaint.
