A car explodes in front of the US embassy in Armenia

TIFLIS, Georgia.- This Thursday, a car exploded in front of the United States embassy in Yerevan, capital of Armeniawithout reporting on possible victims of the event, local media reported.

According to the portal Shamshyan.ama fire broke out at the site of the explosion, to which fire crews responded.

The media indicates that traffic in the affected area was temporarily cut off for the safety of drivers.

They investigate the causes of the event

The Armenian Police are working at the scene to identify the owner of the vehicle that exploded and the causes of the event.

The US embassy in Armenia, Iran’s neighbor, is one of the largest US diplomatic missions in the world.
