Torres Vedras Chamber shows damage to the municipality’s roads caused by the storms

The Torres Vedras City Council showed this Monday, February 16, through a video published on social media, the “serious damage to various public infrastructures, particularly roads”, that the recent storms caused.

The municipality promises to “monitor and intervene on the affected roads” over the next few weeks, in close collaboration with the parish councils and Infraestruturas de Portugal, “with the aim of restoring normality in the shortest possible time”.

In the images, damage is visible on the roads between Sirol and Outeiro de Zibreira and between Folgarosa and Maceira (in Dois Portos), on Municipal Road 535 (in Dois Portos), on Bernardino Machado and Sociedade Columbófila streets and on Estrada Nacional 9 (in Torres Vedras).
