Gil Vicente beats Sp. Braga with a turnaround and climbs to fourth place in the I League

Gil Vicente beat Sporting de Braga 2-1, with a comeback, in a game in the 22nd round of the I Football League, a result that allows the Gilistas to overcome the Braga team and climb to fourth place.

The ‘arsenalist’ team, which saw a series of six games without losing interrupted, the last four with only victories, took the lead in the first half, through Ricardo Horta, in the 21st minute, but the rival from Barcelos, who had their third consecutive victory, turned the result around in the second half, with goals from Gustavo Varela and Santi Garcia, in the 65th and 76th, respectively.

With the victory, Gil Vicente surpasses Sporting de Braga in the table, moving up to fourth place, with 40 points, one more than the ‘arsenalistas’, now in fifth place.
