“The situation is absolutely extraordinary. The waters were digging underneath the structure and the collapse occurred, visible in the images. With peace of mind, we are monitoring it, we are concerned”, said the Minister of Infrastructure, Miguel Pinto Luz, adding that the repairs should take a few weeks.
