How to request financial support from the Government and how much you can receive

People affected by Kristin depression can ask for support from the Government, which has created a platform for submitting requests. The request is made online, on the Social Security website, which has a period of five days to respond.

In the case of families, the value of support is 537,13 euros (equivalent to the value of the Social Support Index – IAS) for each person in the household. The limit is 2 IAS per family member. However, there is the possibility of assigning up to 2 IAS for each person in the household in “exceptional situations”, which are not detailed on the website. These values can translate into a maximum of 1.074,26 euros.

The amount of the subsidy is not fixed and “is defined after Social Security analyzes each case”. To calculate the value, the household’s income will be taken into account, as well as expenses or purchases of goods and services considered necessary. THE Support can be paid in a single installment or on a regular basis, up to a maximum of 12 monthly installments.

“This support is intended for families who are in situation of need or loss of income and who need to make expenses essential for their subsistence or the acquisition of immediate and urgent goods”, highlights Social Security. Aid is available to residents in 69 municipalities (see list below).

To place the order, you must to fill in this form and register the request in e-Clicselecting:
Life event – “Social supports and responses”

In addition to exceptional support for families, there are four other modalities: support for Private Social Solidarity Institutions and similar institutions; exemption from paying Social Security contributions; simplified regime for reducing or suspending activity in situations of business crisis; and support in the field of employment and professional training for dependent and independent workers.
