The rain insists on not disappearing. According to Civil Protection, since February 1st, more than 3,300 incidents related to flooding have been recorded. This Wednesday, February 4th, and Thursday, all districts of mainland Portugal are under yellow warning due to the forecast of rain, sometimes heavy, turning into showers, due to the passage of the Leonardo depression. In the Lisbon region, there were minor floods, notably on Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra, and in the capital several roads were flooded.
