MELOM and QMACO close 2025 with 31 new units and revenue of 31 million

The MELOM and Querido Mudei a Casa Obras (QMACO) network concluded 2025 with 31 new openings and a global turnover of close to 31 million euros, 4.5% more compared to 2024, driven by the strong performance of QMACO.

The group recorded total revenues close to 31 million in 2025, with MELOM earning 20.7 million and Querido Mudei a Casa Obras achieving its best result ever, 10.3 million — a growth of 39.6% for the brand.

This was the network’s best year of expansion since 2022, with 31 new units distributed across several districts: seven in Porto, six in Lisbon and Setúbal, four in Faro, two in Braga and one in Aveiro, Coimbra, Évora, Leiria, Santarém and Viseu.

Over the course of the year, more than 10,000 quote requests were received. The average value of work at MELOM was 25,697 euros, while at QMACO it was 15,073 euros, showing complementary positions between the brands. General renovations represented 34% of requests, followed by kitchen (25%) and bathroom renovations (18%).

Geographically, Lisbon concentrated 35% of contacts, followed by Porto (14%) and Setúbal (12%).

Regarding the results, Vasco Magalhães, general director of MELOM and QMACO, states that “2025 was a very important year for the group, not only due to the overall growth in turnover, but above all due to the strong momentum in expanding the network. The signing of 31 new units confirms the attractiveness of our brands and the confidence of franchisees in our business model”.

The group’s general director also adds that “the focus was maintained on reinforcing the quality of our network, supporting franchisees and investing in team training”.
