“Subpoenas have been sent for voluntary auditions on April 20, 2026in Paris, to Mr. Elon Musk and Mrs. Linda Yaccarino,” the Paris prosecutor’s office said in a statement.

This citation must “allow them to present their position on the facts and, where appropriate, the measures to comply with the planned legislation,” said the prosecutor, Laure Beccuau.
