Marcelo also said that with other phenomena such as fires, a lot was learned and many things were improved, but it was apparently not possible to improve many others.
“We have fiber optics underground. And yet, we still have electrical connections that you can see throughout the country and which are primitive. A windstorm puts these connections into crisis.
