Dear reader, I would like to point out that the recent reform of the IPSSET Act in our country guarantees the pension fund for more than 25 years (until 2051), also protects the backs of workers and regulates the conditions for the entry of new ones.
Among other things, this reform ensures the payment of pensions without impacting current jubilados and secures the system against future possibilities. Let’s note the uncertainty that arose in the gender before the pension crisis, which was supposed to come before the bad economy, and it was this government that gave it a solution at the hands of Governor América Villarreal, with an emphasis on Mexican humanism.
The characteristics of this reform are broadly sustainable, guaranteeing the required rights of active workers until 2026 and preserving stable years of economic competition and joy.
If adjustments are made for new entries starting on January 1, 2026, that will be the 65th anniversary. If it avoids the state having to pay extraordinary contributions that have an impact on other areas such as health, infrastructure or security, and maintains a maximum pension ceiling of 10 times the minimum wage.
