Walking in freezing conditions, the two women were unaware of the danger hanging over them.

They were walking past a high rise building when suddenly a 5 foot tall icicle came crashing to the ground inches from one of the women’s face.

It breaks into large chunks of ice that scatter across the sidewalk on Voskresenska Street, in the heart of the Dnieper suburb.
