India and the EU have struck the “mother of all deals” in a historic free trade agreement



After nearly two decades of negotiations, India and the European Union announced on Tuesday that they had reached a free trade agreement aimed at deepening economic and strategic ties. The deal, which the EU chief called the “mother of all deals”, could affect up to 2 billion people.
