At 1:01 p.m. Tuesday, the National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Wednesday for Orange and Putnam counties.
The weather service says: “Freezing rain expected. Ice accumulation around light glaze.”
“Slick pavements, roads and bridges are possible,” the weather service says. “Slow down and be careful when traveling. Check your local Department of Transportation’s information services for current road conditions.”
