CEO of CenterState announces three new hires within its administration and human capital team, the Greater Syracuse Business Development Corporation and Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
Morgan Flack is the Small Business Loan Manager for GBSDC. In this role, Flack leads the product loan underwriting and approval process. Flack comes from PrimeLendingand PlainsCapital Companywhere she worked as a housing loan officer.

Christine Sicurella joins the GOFCC as its coordinator. As coordinator, Sicurella works closely with GOFCC leadership to improve internal processes, planning and communication within its membership. In addition, Sicurella will work to expand the employee discount key program and support the planning and implementation of community events and initiatives. Sicurella has more than ten years of experience in education, as well as a strong background in event planning, community outreach and advocacy.
Steven Taddeo joins CenterState as Director of Information Technology. Taddeo leads CenterState’s IT strategy, manages day-to-day operations and continues to oversee the organization’s ongoing relationship with ACC Technical Services. Taddeo joined the organization after working closely with CenterState’s CEO through a partnership with ACC, where he was instrumental in supporting the CenterState CEO’s IT systems and resolving issues.
