A Bayside-based LLC took home the largest New York lottery prize won in 2025, winning $256 million in the Powerball jackpot.
A massive Powerball prize topped the list of the top 10 New York lottery winners announced this year. Some of the winnings took place in 2024 but were not claimed until 2025.
Larry Hartig of Syracuse won the second-biggest prize when he won the $17 million LOTTO jackpot on a ticket purchased at Polge Wine & Liquors in Syracuse.
TNT Star LLC of Manhattan claimed the third largest $16.3 million LOTTO jackpot from a ticket purchased at the Flying Phoenix in New York.
Seven other New Yorkers won $10 million in prizes through various lottery games.
