Syracuse.com boys hockey rankings (through Week 4): Matchups between top teams could upset balance of power

Syracuse, NY – The boys hockey rankings have been in constant flux this season, and this week is no different.

Four teams moved up in the rankings and one team dropped four spots after suffering two tough losses last week.

Looking ahead to next week, there is a matchup that could cause even more movement in the rankings.

Rome Free Academy will travel to Syracuse next Tuesday for a game at 7 p.m. This game could push the Cougars even further up the rankings.

Syracuse.com will post the boys rankings every Wednesday until the end of the season.

Here’s how the teams will stack up this week.
