A mother and her two sons were arrested after a woman reported being threatened at gunpoint at her Rochester home Monday.
Two loaded firearms were found, including a ghost gun.
Officers responded to the 100 block of Seventh Street at approximately 4:00 p.m. after the victim reported that several individuals entered her residence and threatened her with firearms before fleeing in a white Chevrolet.
Two hours later, officers located the suspect vehicle on Orange Street and conducted a traffic stop.
Gemarion Parson, 18, was found with a loaded handgun in his waistband and an AR-style handgun in his book bag. He was taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Jail.
The driver Tyrik Parson (22) was also taken into custody.
Their mother, Tamika Parson, 48, arrived at the police department during processing and was arrested for her role in the incident.
Officers found a 9mm ghost gun loaded with 17 rounds and an Omni 5.56 AR-style pistol loaded with 30 rounds.
Gemarion Parson faces two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
Tyrik Parson was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing.
Tamika Parson faces charges of first-degree burglary and second-degree menacing.
