FULTON, Miss. – Itawamba Community College sophomores Amar Harper and Orel Gray were named to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-Region 23 Team, the conference announced Wednesday.
Harper served as a reliable anchor on the Indians’ offensive line all season, which averaged 162.8 rushing yards per game. The Magee native entered the year with national recognition as a JCGridiron Preseason All-American Second Team selection and later added First Team All-MACCC North Division honors.
Gray, a linebacker from Jacksonville, Fla., led the ICC with 48 total tackles. He tied his career-high 10 games in the Indians’ 44-28 road win over Holmes on Oct. 16. Gray earned two-time MACCC Defensive Player of the Week and NJCAA Division I Division I honors this season and also secured First Team All-MACCC North Division recognition.
The Indians finished the 2025 season 5-4 overall along with a 4-2 mark in MACCC North Division play.
